Shipping Methods

Currently shipping is via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for.  We offer a standard service and if you would like an item quickly then please opt for the Express Service. We will do everything at our end but once it is in the hands of the Royal Mail there is not much we can do aside from hope that they hold up their end of the deal! 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase - however, as a small, independent, sustainable business it really helps us if you can the item back to us as soon as possible so that we can offer it up online to give it a second chance of selling. Since we only have client’s pieces for a limited time we really appreciate customers working with us on this!

Once the item has been received, checked, confirmed that the original security tag is still in place, you will be refunded via the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost.
