CLIENTS RETURNS

Once we have run a client's items for 8 to 12 weeks we will contact you to organise collection of your unsold pieces.  If you no longer want your items we are happy to donate them on your behalf.  If you would like the items returned by post there is an administrative fee of £10 plus postal and packaging costs to return the items via Second Class Signed For Royal Mail. 

We give a two week grace period for collection of items from the date of notification - after that the items become the property of Matisa Market and will be donated accordingly.
